		<description>This post hits home for me because I very recently learned a significant lesson - never agree to do what can not be done - and make no mistake about it - there are MANY who will insist that it CAN and you MUST when what they expect is absolutely and unequivocally IMPOSSIBLE. 

As soon as you realize that someone&#039;s expectations can not be reset to reasonable you must eliminate working with them because to do anything else will mean failure FOR YOU. 

Continuing to work with them will create the situation where you can never exceed anyone&#039;s expectations again because their demands will prevent you from acting dependably FOR ANYONE.
