Loved your great presentation on Lagniappe. We at Horizon Air go out of our way to surprise and delight our customers. Whether it be by offering complimentary Beer and Wine from Northwest Vintners or Brewers or reaching out to (and making it right) to customers that had less than a desirable experience onboard.
