I’m joined by wingman Jack Campisi(a.k.a ‘Social Jack’ or ‘Maverick’) on the video podcast.
Here is a rundown of the video podcast:
- We debate whether or not a purple goldfish always has to cost $$$.
- We look at examples from Les Schwab Tires and the Four Seasons.
- An interview with Kelly Ketelboeter of ‘The Experience Factor‘ (@ketelboeterpr). We take a look what Kelly does on a daily basis at The Experience Factor and we discuss a couple of purple goldfish.

I think one of the misconceptions companies have about giving a little something extra and unique are cost concerns. This podcast has some great examples that have no cost. Companies that are creative and insightful will flourish by giving something unique to their customers.
