Hey Stan! I actually had a glass repair service from Safelite a few months ago. Jerry was the serviceman who came to meet me in the parking lot at my job & take care of the service in under an hour. I wasn’t aware of this beforehand, but he did indeed clean the windows & vacuum! I was so impressed & pleased that I immediately Tweeted the following:
“Jerry Polizzotti from @Safelite Autoglass just did a FANTASTIC job at repairing my car windshield in Wayne,NJ. He’s an excellent employee!”
I received a reply from the company saying they would. Haven’t followed-up, but I would definitely recommend them to somebody who needed glass repair like this. Wouldn’t even try looking elsewhere.
Thanks Dan. Great to hear you had a similar experience. The little things make a big difference.
Hi Stan Phelps!
