Great points! i think the biggest reason should be if your visitors are not turning to buyers, you seriously need to revamp, re-work your strategy!

Stan, excellent list!!! #8 With a lot of consumers having a DVR, the fast forward past the commercials! Before I had 1, I use to get up & do a task around the house! #9 - I always ask for referrals from friends & coworkers. WOW, #1 is a real changer! Thanks for the post!!!

Great list. Marketing a product or service that has quality is easier. I have experienced how powerful the word of mouth is and it taught me a lot how much quality and customer satisfaction can contribute a lot to my business’ success.
